How it works

Reputation grows from believable behaviour.

Warmproof treats warmup as a controlled, measured process: authenticate first, build carefully, measure independently, then adjust with evidence.

01

Connect and pass pre-flight

We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX before a single warmup message moves. A domain that cannot authenticate is fixed first, not warmed toward a result it cannot reach.

02

Build reputation carefully

Persona-consistent correspondence is sent at realistic times, opened, read and answered with natural latency. Mailbox mode never exceeds 50 interactions a day per mailbox.

03

Prove it from outside

Independent seed mailboxes record where mail lands by provider: Primary, Promotions, Spam or missing. The people warming your domain never grade their own work.

04

Adapt tomorrow from today

The ramp reads measured placement and adjusts volume gently. It advances when results hold and backs off when they slip.

Choose the right model

Two paths, one measurement standard.

Mailbox mode

You have a real inbox.

Connect IMAP + SMTP with OAuth or an app password. Warmproof can send, detect, reply and engage on both sides of realistic correspondence.

  • Reputation: domain + mailbox + provider account
  • Engagement: both sides
  • Safety: maximum 50 interactions a day per mailbox

Relay mode

You send through an ESP.

Connect Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Postmark or raw SMTP. There is no customer inbox to read or simulate.

  • Reputation: domain + dedicated sending IP
  • Engagement: pool side only
  • Volume: relay mode follows your declared sending volume

Long-term reputation

Warmup does not end. It settles.

  1. RampingCareful increases from a cold start.
  2. StabilisingPlacement holds while the signal confirms.
  3. MaintenanceLow-volume behaviour preserves reputation.
  4. RegressionMeasured slips return to controlled ramping.

Start with the facts
