Why not 500 emails a day?
Because your mailbox is the thing at risk.
Mailbox-mode warmup is hard-capped at 50 interactions a day. A new inbox generating implausible volume is more likely to get flagged than helped. Relay mode is different: it follows the declared sending volume for the dedicated sending service or IP being warmed.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It includes one mailbox in mailbox mode, daily placement testing and the full authentication audit, with no card or trial clock.
Do you guarantee inbox placement?
No. We report what independent seeds measure and adapt the ramp to it. Deliverability depends on your domain, provider and real sending behaviour.
Can I use an ESP or relay?
Yes. Relay mode is available from Pro and supports send-only services such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo and SMTP relays.
